Competition Policy in a Politicized World Conference 2017

Mr. Gönenç Gürkaynak, ELIG Gürkaynak’s Managing Partner and head of our competition law and regulatory team, spoke at a panel entitled "Innovation and Technology: The Next Frontier on Antitrust for Developing Countries?" at the Concurrences Antitrust in Developing Countries: Competition Policy in a Politicized World Conference held at the New York School of Law on Friday, October 27, 2017.

The moderator was Frédéric Jenny (Chairman, OECD Competition Committee, Paris) and the other panelists included Elizabeth Kraus (Deputy Director for International Antitrust, US FTC, Washington DC), Joanna Tsai (Vice President, Charles River Associates, Washington DC) and Koren W Wong-Ervin (Director of IP & Competition Policy, Qualcomm, Washington DC).
