Mr. Gönenç Gürkaynak, the founding partner and head of our competition law and regulatory team, spoke at a panel entitled “Merger Control: Practical Challenges and Best Practice” at the Advanced EU Competition Law, Digital Edition on September 9, 2020.

Panelists included  Mr. Colin Raftery (Director of Mergers, Competition and Market Authority (CMA)), Ms. Saar Dickens (Senior Counsel Competition, Siemens AG) and Ms. Catherine Higgs (Global Head of Competition Law, GSK).
