Dr. Gönenç Gürkaynak, our founding partner and head of ELIG Gürkaynak’s competition law and regulatory team, spoke at the "Dynamic Competition Analysis in Competition Law" conference organized by UCL Faculty of Laws on November 19, 2025. He explained the Innovation Considerations in Merger Control in the context of the Draghi Report.
